IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS RUNNING THE SETUPSHEET UTILITY, PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND RUN THE
DLL SETUP PROGRAM

This application allows you to generate setupsheets from the toolpath information held in the PowerMILL session file.
You can include toolpath images, model images, and a variety of outputs can be achieved.

There is also a post processing module, allowing you to post process groups of toolpaths, with 3+2 axis suport, splinemill support, and sub program setup.

This latest version replaces Setupsheet1004, available from the PowerMILL2510 CD.

The What's New Document explains the changes, but basically, this version has support for future PowerMILL versions, and big fixes to the post processing.

This version is now template based, so you can now define your own output format, and include those settings you require. To make this easier, you will need a basic HTML editor to prepare your templates. Two styles of templates are provided with the utility. The older style, and a new deluxe style.

Please read the What's New Document, and User Notes before using Setupsheet1100. You will need to setup the parameters to select the templates to use, before you can create your setupsheets.

Special thanks to Miguel Angel Gonzalez Muñoz and Delcam Espana.

Whats New in SetupSheet 1.1.07

Addition of Summary Sheet Model Image...

An additional template field now exists {SU_SummaryPicture}, which will place a general model image onto each summary page where specified. You can select the Summary page image from the Project Properties form, from where you can either take a snapshot from PowerMILL, or now you can select an existing JPEG, BMP, or GIF image to use. This allows users to take images in PowerSHAPE for example, save the snapshot to disk, then use these images in their setupsheets.

Image Selector for Project Model Image...

Previously the project model image only allowed a snapshot to be taken from PowerMILL. An additional control to select an existing JPEG, BMP or GIF image has been added.

Whats New in SetupSheet 1.1.08

The Output workplane was previously not used in Single file postprocessing if the Z axis of the output workplane and toolpath workplane were identical.

The Splash screen would stay on the screen if the Setupsheet utility were exited before the screen disappeared. It now closes down correctly.

The same problem is fixed with the Message window which appears if PowerMILL is not started when you start the Setupsheet utility.

There were still install problems with the new LanguageControl OCX file not being registered correctly. This has now been built-into the Setupsheet utility, so the problem should be sorted once and for all (otherwise I'm going home!)

The latest version includes fields for putting the master block size on any sheet.

Notes:
Internet Explorer 5 must also be installed to install and run this utility.
